🚚 Delivery Costs
England, Scotland & Wales:
- £50 flat rate on all frame orders.
- £15 on accessory-only orders.
Note: We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or British Overseas Territories.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
- 2-10 Business Days: Most orders arrive within a week, though this may vary during the busy Christmas period.
- We will contact you: You will be contacted to arrange a specific delivery date that works for you.
- Ensure someone is home: If the recipient is not home or there is no safe place agreed upon, a £35 re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier.
When ordering frames, your shipment will consist of multiple heavy boxes. We hand these over to the courier together, but it is possible for boxes to get separated in transit.
Please don't panic if only half your order arrives! The remaining boxes usually arrive within 24 hours.

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre using trusted courier partners.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email immediately after placing your order.
- Shipping Confirmation: You'll receive a second email with tracking details once the warehouse processes your order.

While we aim for perfect delivery times, unforeseen courier delays can occur. Growplay is not responsible for fees charged by installers for missed appointments due to shipping delays.
