Delivery Costs

England, Scotland & Wales:

• £50 delivery on all frame orders. 
• £15 on accessory orders.

Home Delivery Excludes: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and British Overseas Territories.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Typically, deliveries are made within 2-10 business days.

• Most orders arrive within a week. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or when stock is limited.

• Customers will be contacted to arrange a delivery date. If the recipient is not home or there is no safe place to leave the goods on the agreed date, a re-delivery fee of £35 may be charged.

Important note: When placing orders that include a large number of boxes, please be aware that they are handed over to the shipping company together. However, it is possible that not all packages will arrive simultaneously, and there may be cases where some boxes are delivered separately.

Where are orders dispatched from?

Orders are dispatched from a UK fulfilment centre using trusted courier partners.

Other things to know

• You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email confirming order fulfilment once your order has been processed with our warehouse.
• In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware.
